We stopped at B-LUX for dinner and dessert. The restaurant is located in the WI Dells. There is a large parking area, which is shared by a few different businesses but plenty big enough. As we walked in the doors to B-LUX we noticed the modern decor and liked the look and environment of the restaurant. There were big, open spaces, large seating areas and a bar area with seating also. We were seated right away and started looking over the milkshakes. B-LUX had a good variety and pictures that made them look so tasty. We ordered a strawberry cheesecake milk shake and it came out right away. It was so good we regretted sharing it, definitely could have finished one each. For my meal, I ordered bbq pulled pork mac and cheese. It was very good and so filling I could not finish it all. Shayla ordered a California burger with avocado. It was cooked to the medium rare order and tasted delicious. Unfortunately part way through we noticed the plastic sticker and skin still on a piece of avocado. Fortunately Shayla hadn’t gotten that far in her burger. The waiter took it away and they remade her burger. We were a little disappointed that although they remade the burger they did not offer to take off the extra charge of the avocado, which I kind of would’ve expected under the circumstances. Our server was good and attentive, gave us options for menu items to consider.
