On a work trip recently we were recommended to go check out Phillips Avenue Diner in Sioux Falls SD (Tin Dinner). The restaurant was easy to find and we found parking right behind the building. At the time we went to eat they were offering free parking which is a plus. The restaurant had a good menu selection with lots of recommendations of what to eat from the menu. Right off the bat we noticed the restaurant was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We ordered coffee which came out hot and ready to drink.  Rob, who was with me, ordered Corned beef hash. He is always on the hunt for some homemade Corned beef hash, not out of a can. He said that his meal was delicious and he really enjoyed it. I ordered the huvevos ranchero burrito. It came out hot and had a fantastic kick to it with good flavor and the salsa was not what I was expecting. It was spicy and delicious. Great for the start of your day. I also picked up a very large cookie for a treat later that day. It was soft and tasted great, a good pick me up later in the day. I would  recommend this little spot if your looking for some great breakfast and friendly staff to take care of you. Hope to go back again sometime. 5 out of 5 stars. $$
