Hollandaise take 1

It was snowing one day recently and we didn't feel like going out to eat. So I tried my hand at some breakfast food that I have not made before. Overall I was happy with the out come. As usual for my cooking time I looked up the Famous Gordon Ramsay videos for the recipes. First I made that ever illusive hollandaise sauce. Following Gordon step by step the sauce turned out to be a perfect comparison to the sauce in the video. Next I made poached eggs, these seemed easy, as long as you follow the instructions. I made some bacon also and put it all on top of a bagel. Delicious. While I did execute the hollandaise quite well I was not able to keep it on a burner due to not having enough burners :), so unfortunately it didn't stay in its smooth liquid form. But it still tasted amazing, and I did have it there during the whole process, so I think it was a success.
